Client Communication

Built By Newkirk knows communication is a critical component to producing a great product. Weekly progress reports outlining completed work and scheduled work are available to clients and the design team. Project managers also hold weekly meetings with the project team to review progress and key elements of construction.

Quality Control

Built By Newkirk prides itself on providing the highest level of quality in the projects that we build. Our managers and field personnel continually monitor quality and construction-in-progress, ensuring workmanship meets Built By Newkirk's standards.

Cost Control

We track the project on a weekly basis, including the current budget, cost to complete the project, and percentage complete. We offer Fixed Price contracts, Cost Plus, and Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts (GMP) as options.

Subcontractor Approval Process and Management

We have developed a proprietary bid analysis process to analyze and compare pricing per trade to validate costs and ascertain which trade is right for your project. Built By Newkirk has honed attorney-drafted agreements that have an attached detailed scope of work for each trade involved. This ensures that all subcontractors perform to the level of Built By Newkirk's standards.

Built By Newkirk utilizes a full-time project manager or superintendent who oversees the entire on-site construction process for each job. Field personnel use the latest computer and communications technology for up-to-date information on schedules, budgets, and real-time design development decisions.

We use critical path scheduling that effectively charts the progress of construction and provides a clear plan of action before actual work begins. This allows us to make adjustments on a daily basis and use time to our advantage - providing "real-time" management updates throughout all phases of construction. Critical Path Scheduling helps us secure materials in a timely fashion and provides a milestone for our clients to finalize their product choices.
